Directions for Use
- Vizyon Cookie Mix: 700 g
- Alternative ingredients (Chocolate, Dryed Fruits, Hazelnut) : 300 g
- Margarine (Dehydrated) : 180 g
- Butter: 20 g
- Egg: 115 g
- Deck Oven : 160C / 12-14 min.
- Convection Oven: 160C / 8-10 min.
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix for 2-3 min. at medium speed with palette mixer. Shape the cookies and place on a wax paper. Bake in deck oven using another tray to raise the height.
