Directions for Use
- Custard Cream: 1000 g
- Water or Milk: 2500 g
- Total Cream Weight: 3500 g
Cream with water or milk and whisk intensively at low speed for 1 min and at high speed for 3-4 minutes with a mixer. It is suggested to keep the whipping cream in fridge for 15 min. before using.
