Custard Cream

By using Custard Creams, you will be able to prepare delicious profiteroles, eclairs, pastries, pies and croissants. You can prepare your products easily with freze-thaw stable Custard Creams and they remain fresh for a long time.

Directions for Use

  • Custard Cream: 1000 g
  • Water or Milk: 2500 g
  • Total Cream Weight: 3500 g

Cream with water or milk and whisk intensively at low speed for 1 min and at high speed for 3-4 minutes with a mixer. It is suggested to keep the whipping cream in fridge for 15 min. before using.
