Polen Food is cognizant of the annual variability in wheat quality. Consequently, we systematically gather, scrutinize, and catalog wheat samples from each region, spanning every individual harvest. This meticulous process equips us to provide robust support to our millers in devising wheat procurement strategies and refining milling technologies. Moreover, it enables us to forecast future flour quality and tailor optimal flour enhancement solutions accordingly. On a daily basis, we analyze 30 samples of flour and wheat sourced from both domestic and overseas markets. Furthermore, our commitment to innovation is evident in our monthly execution of over 500 bread trials within our application laboratory. This continuous dedication to customer satisfaction has culminated in the development of a comprehensive database housing more than 1,000 improver formulations.
