For cocoa soufflé;
- Vizyon Souffle Mix : 1000 g
- Oil: 550 g
- Chocolate (Bitter/Milky) : 650 g
- Water: 750 g
- Total Weight : 2950 g
For neutral soufflé;
- Vizyon Souffle Mix : 1000 g
- Liquid Oil (90°C) : 465 g
- White Chocolate : 745 g
- Water (40°C): 750 g
- Total Weight : 2960 g
Deck Oven: Top:190C / Bottom:160C / 10-12 min
Convection Oven: 140C / 10-12 min
Mix melted bitter/milky chocolate with oil for 2 min. Add Vizyon Souffle Mix and stir in mixer for 3 min. Add water to the mixture and stir for 2 min. at last. Pour the product into soufflé moulds and bake accordingly to the oven type. It is suitable for half-baked cold processes. Baking time for cold process is 8 min. Solubilize cold product in the microwave and service it when warm.

- Liquid Oil : 200 g
- Water: 140 g

Convection Oven: 140C / 25-30 min.
Mix the powder cake mix with egg and water for 4 min. then pour into moulds. Add walnuts into batter for enrichment.

Convectional /deck oven: 1700C - 180C

Convectional: 140C
Baking Time: 90 min.
Whipping Time: Approx. 4 min

Oven temperature: 175 0C
Baking Time: 25 min.
Baking for Pound Cake and Sponge Cake;
Oven temperature: 180 0C
Baking Time: 40 min.
1 min. slow, 3 min. medium speed
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix and cold water (and eggs if desired) are mixed first at low speed for 30 seconds, then it is mixed at high speed for 4 minutes with wire whisk. Liquid oil is added to the mixture and mixed for 30 seconds at low speed. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

- Liquid oil: 100 g
- Egg (Optional): 100 g
Swissroll Recipe
Mix, cold water and egg white are mixed first at low speed for 30 seconds, then it is mixed at high speed for 5 minutes with wire whisk. Liquid oil is added to the mixture and mixed for 30 seconds at low speed. Bake in the convectional oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
